Andrew Aloysious Callahan, III passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. The Parkville, Maryland resident was 72 years old. He was the cherished son of the late Marie (nee Cunningham) and Andrew A. Callahan, Jr.; beloved husband of Priscilla W. (nee Wireman) Callahan for 48 years; devoted father of Andrew Callahan, IV and his wife Gia and David Callahan and his wife Amanda; proud PopPop of Aoife, Elin, Beckett, Kaelee and Savannah; loving brother of Patricia Woods and her husband Bob, Beth Brushmiller and her husband Jay, the late Diana Gilbert and her late husband Larry and Terry Callahan and his surviving wife Teresa; dear uncle of Rachel Gilbert, Lauren Callahan, Traci Brushmiller, T.D. Callahan, Jr., Christy Cromwell, Duke Callahan and Britney Callahan. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews.

Andrew was a union steamfitter with Local 486 for 40 years. He was an avid gardener and fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Colts teams. He will be remembered for his quick wit and hard work ethic. He will be missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Thursday, June 16 from 1-3 and 5-7 PM where a funeral service officiated by Father Lou Martin will be held on Friday, June 17 beginning at 3:30 PM. Inurnment at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens by family at a later date.
