In Loving Memory of Anita Lynn Amrhine (née Nielsen)

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Anita Lynn Amrhine (née Nielsen), who passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026, at the age of 83.

Born on April 5, 1943, in Baltimore, Maryland, Anita lived a life defined by love, kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends. She touched countless lives through her generosity, compassion, and steadfast support of those around her. Her warm heart, gentle spirit, and caring nature left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Anita's greatest joy was her family. She cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, creating memories that will be treasured for generations. Her love knew no bounds, and her legacy lives on in the lives of those she nurtured, guided, and loved so deeply.

She is survived by her children, Lisa O'Neil (Daniel), Christopher Amrhine (Jennifer), Beth Ledbetter (Curt), and Laura Olsen (Robert); 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren, with one more expected in February; and many beloved extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frances Nielsen (née Alban) and Kenneth Nielsen Sr., and her brother, Kenneth Nielsen Jr. ("Butch").

Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we take comfort in the countless memories Anita leaves behind and in the example she set through a life well lived. Her love, wisdom, and enduring strength will remain with her family always.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Interment will be private.

Forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten. ♥️
