Arthur Paul Barker, Sr. of Baltimore, Maryland passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 17, 2022. He was 63 years old. He was the devoted father of Crystal Shea and her husband Rodger, Arthur Barker, Jr. and his wife Shawnna, Andrew Barker and his wife Rebecca and the late Heather Barker; proud grandfather of Brian Helfer, Jr., Adelie Shears, Zavier Steele, Sophia Barker, Logan Barker, Rosie Barker and the late Brianna Helfer; dear brother of Timothy Barker and Sandra Barker. He is also survived by his fur baby, Sadie. Arthur was preceded in death by his longtime sweetheart, Barbara Dix.
