On November 19, 2022, Athens Cargas, 96, of Cockeysville, passed away. Athens was the devoted wife of the late James Cargas; loving mother of Denise Berkey and her late husband William Berkey and Deborah Cargas; cherished grandmother of Paul Berkey and his wife Nicole and Christina Berkey; predeceased by 6 brothers and sisters. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, MD 21093 on Saturday, November 26, 2022, from 10 AM until 12 PM with a Graveside Service to follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
