Bartlett Robert Colgan of Phoenix, Maryland passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023. He was 72 years old. He was the beloved husband of Patricia "Patty" Gail (nee Brooks) Colgan for 25 years; devoted dad of Zach Colgan and his wife Amanda and Patrick Colgan. Bartlett will also be survived by all future grandchildren.
