On Thursday, August 15, 2024, Betty-Jane Amrein (nee Parrish), age 101, of Timonium, Maryland passed away. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland on February 18, 1923 and is survived by her 3 children, Barbara White, William Rose, and Frank Rose; 7 grandchildren; and many other extended family members.

Betty-Jane was a tomboy who loved to play all sports, but especially baseball.  She love Aerobics and danced until well into her 80's. She also enjoyed bowling and square dancing, but most of all loved her family very much.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Stella Maris Chapel, 2300 Dulaney Valley Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Saturday, September 21 beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, please remember Betty-Jane with memorial contributions to Stella Maris .
