William "Billy" H. Boothe, III of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023. He was 68 years old. Billy was the beloved son of Myrna Faye (nee Farris) Freund and the late William Howard Boothe, Jr.; devoted companion of Bernadette Gray; cherished father of the late Elizabeth Boothe; proud grandfather of Riley Boothe; loving brother of Debbie Hughes and her late husband Raymond, Dawn Gordon and her late husband John, Bobby Boothe and Cindy Boothe; adored uncle of Will, Eric, Amanda, Robin, Timmy, the late Brian and the late Anthony. He is also survived by numerous extended relatives and dear friends.

A Memorial Service is being planned for a future date.
