William "Billy" C. Woods was born on December 12, 1974 and was unexpectedly called home to be with our Lord, on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. He was the beloved son of Anna Woods and Craig Woods; dear stepson of Marti Woods; devoted father of Jacob, Nicolas, Marco, and Christiana; loving brother of Dennis, Jennifer, Jaselle, Jamie, and Jessica. Billy is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He will forever be remembered for his infectious laugh, his one-liners, his affinity for all music, his deep affection for shoes, and his genuine love for his family, friends, and children.

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Sunday, April 18 from 1-4:30 PM with Eulogies to begin at 4:30 PM. Interment will be private.
