Richard Brian Jones, 49, of Timonium, MD, peacefully passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023. He came into this world on August 10, 1973, in Charleston, WV.

A fearless adventurer, Brian led an exciting life of traveling, snowboarding and skateboarding, making life-long friends along the way, from California to Maryland. A consummate music lover, Brian pursued his love of hip hop, punk rock and the Grateful Dead by attending concerts and festivals far and wide. He was also a certified welder, skilled carpenter and mechanic who was always ready to lend his skills to a friend in need. Brian was deeply loved by all the many who knew him.

Brian will be eternally missed by his loving mother, Marshia (nee Coffey) Spencer and father, Ted Spencer, of Timonium, MD; sisters Mary Ann Holbrook of Huntington, WV and Sara Grigsby of Nitro, WV; auntie Gipsy Williams and many cousins in the WV area.

Brian attended Essex Community College and Garrett Community College. He graduated from Dulaney High School, Timonium, MD.

Brian's immediate family and other close relatives had a private celebration of his life on his birthday, August 10th. To honor Brian, we invite you to celebrate Brian's memory in your own ways. He will be with us all in spirit.
