Carol (nee Tull) Kamps of Oak Crest Retirement Community passed away on Sunday September 27, 2026, at the age of 85. Carol served as a volunteer at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center for over 25 years. She was the beloved wife of Robert W. Kamps for 62 years; devoted mother of Robert W. Kamps, Jr. and his wife Yvonne A. Kamps of Chicago, Illinois.

A service is being planned for a future date. In lieu of flowers, please remember Carol with memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.
