Carol S. Maulsby of Phoenix, Maryland passed away on Wednesday August 20, 2025, at the age of 78.  Carol worked in the Human Resource Department for the state of Maryland, retiring in 1986.  Beloved wife of Corby J. DeKozlowski; devoted stepmother of Erica L. Wiggins and her husband Joseph and Jessica L. Morris and her husband Brian; grandmother of Lucas A. Wiggins, Emily J. Wiggins and Jack P. Morris.
