On Friday, May 31, 2024, Carol Lee Menning, Retired Maryland Port Police Officer, of Reisterstown, Maryland passed away. She was 75 years old. She was the beloved fiancé of Thomas Day; loving sister of Joseph William Menning and his wife Ann; devoted aunt of Megan Menning Britenbaugh (Jim) and Joseph Menning.
