On March 10, 2023, Carole Anne Ziegler, daughter of the late J. Norman and Carolyn A. Melvin; beloved wife of Max C. Elsman; loving mother of Barry J. Ziegler (Brenda); dear sister of John N. Melvin, Jr., Mary Joseph Mullin and the late Susan Melvin Ayres; dear sister-in-law of Patricia Melvin and brother-in-law, Robbin Elsman; devoted aunt of Jean (Lance), Julie (Jeff), Anne (Bill), Caroline (Lawler), Katherine and Elizabeth. Also survived by her grandchild and many great-grandchildren, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
