Charles "Chuck" Edgar Howard, III, age 82, of Baldwin, Maryland, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Chuck is preceded in death by his sister, Julia Ann Schumann. Chuck leaves behind a loving family: son, Charles Edgar Howard, IV; daughter, Susan Rebecca Howard; and stepson, Damien Cahill. Uncle of Hank Schumann. Chuck was the proud grandfather of Nicholas, Liam, Rhiannon, Julia and Diana. Chuck also leaves behind many other loving family members and dear friends.
