Christina Marie
Wirth
d. Apr 1, 2026
Christina Marie Wirth, 38, passed away on April 1, 2026 in Towson, Maryland. Bold, vivacious and charming, her gift to the world was bringing people together.
Born in Baltimore, she is predeceased by her mother Donna, her best friend, "her person". She attended Towson High School, studied in Savannah, GA and later graduated from the University of Baltimore with a degree in business and marketing. She went on to a successful career as a specialty coffee importer where her natural proclivity for relationship building quickly made her an invaluable asset to the company. She was most proud of developing a program that improved the health of coffee farm employees and their families and her volunteer work with Charm City Companions, a Baltimore-based animal rescue organization.
Christina's heart and passion was saving lost souls. Unable to ignore or remain indifferent to suffering, Christina rescued abandoned dogs as well as people with broken hearts. Indeed, she made it her mission to improve their lives, and with her characteristic gentle touch, always imparted the kind of love that is transformative for others. Whether she met you at a show, while traveling, or simply in the neighborhood, she wanted you as a friend, she wanted to know you, to see you, and for you to know that you are seen.
The live music scene was her favorite place to allow her personality to shine. Loud, fun, high energy and a force that brings everyone together–this is where she felt at home. The soul of an artist, Christina was a talented photographer with an eye for detail and a love of travel. She had an adventurous spirit that took her all over the globe, documenting beauty in the exotic and the mundane. Her travels exposed her to the diverse cuisines of the world, and her love language became feeding her friends five-star meals. She was happiest when hosting, preparing an elaborate meal while making sure everyone was comfortable, enjoying themselves and always cultivating the soundtrack of our lives.
She is survived by her Dad Timothy, her dog Mia and the many, many friends that loved her. Memorial contributions can be made to Charm City Companions.
