Cecelia "Cindy" M. (nee Godwin) Winningham, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022.

Cindy was born on September 12, 1942 to loving parents Mary M. (nee Durkin) and Gill T. Godwin, Sr. She is survived by her three daughters, Rebecca L. Krimski, Amber L. Elburn, and Debra G. Harvey, as well as two granddaughters, Peyton A. Elburn and Katherine E. Elburn. She is also survived by her sister, Gail J. Cunningham.

After Cindy graduated from Sparrows Point HS in 1960, she went on to secure a job in the transportation industry, at which she flourished and eventually started her own company. She enjoyed boating, fishing, horseback riding, golf, and most importantly spending time with her family.

A private service will be held for immediate family members. Because of Cindy's avid love of animals, please remember her with donations to the Phoenix Wildlife Center .
