On Thursday, July 22, 2021 Claire Coleman Owens, age 86 of Lutherville, Maryland passed away. Claire was a Goucher College graduate, class of 1956. She was the beloved wife of 64 years to the late A. Douglas Owens; devoted mother of William Haines Owens and his wife Colleen, Robert Douglas Owens and his wife Mary Ann, Robin Claire Comotto and her husband William, and Thomas Coleman Owens and his wife Denise; loving grandmother of William, III, Allison, Samuel, Matthew, Nicholas, Fiona and Liam; dear sister of Wayne Haines Coleman and his late wife Betty.

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Thursday, September 16 from 4-7 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at the Church of the Holy Comforter, 130 W. Seminary Avenue, Lutherville, Maryland 21093 on Friday, September 17 beginning at 10 AM. Interment will be private.
