Dawn Maureen (nee Kloster) Foss, of Cockeysville, Maryland, passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on Monday, November 29, 2025. She was 73 years old. Dawn is the beloved wife of Joe Foss for 47 years; devoted mother of Katie Lee and her husband Justin, Annie Foss, and Michael Foss and his wife Meghan; adored Mimi of Brooks Lee, JJ Foss and Dylan Foss; loving sister of Kim Matheson and the late Trudy Fruetel. She is also survived by other extended family members and many dear friends.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at a future date. A private interment was held at Serenity Ridge Natural Burial Cemetery.
