On September 8th 2025, Diane Renee Bock, age 55, of Cockeysville, Maryland passed away peacefully after struggling with various health challenges. She is a cherished daughter of Edward and Nancy Bock (nee Salmon); beloved mother of Brandon Byrne and Ashlon VunCannon of Independence, Missouri; loving grandmother of 7 grandchildren; and caring sister of Daniel Bock and his wife Dorian of Mays Chapel. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other precious family members, as well as, many devoted friends.

Diane Renee Bock was born at Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland on May 19th, 1970. She lived out a happy childhood while living in the same treasured home with her family. A classic, spirited tomboy, she spent her days climbing trees with her brother and neighborhood friends, horseback riding, among other childhood hijinks. She graduated from Dulaney High School in 1988 and became a Registered Nurse in 2005. She spent many joy-filled years caring for others in her role as a nurse, as well as raising her two children with the knowledge of the steadfast love of Jesus Christ. Diane always had an empathetic word for those in need, and never met a stranger she wouldn't offer prayer for.

A memorial service will be held at River Church Baltimore, 160 W. Ridgely Road, Lutherville, Maryland 21093 on Friday, September 19th beginning at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial contribution in memory of Diane to the medical research program of your choice.
