Carol "Dinky" Virginia (nee Bassler) Buhl of Cockeysville, Maryland  passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023. She was 80 years old. Dinky was the beloved wife of the late James "Terry" Buhl for 51 years before his passing in 2015; dedicated mother of Kimberly Clark Buhl; devoted sister of Hollis "Sissy" J. Bassler; proud aunt of Avery Clark Moylett; cherished cousin of Stacie Davidson.
