On December 8, 2023; Dorothy Ann Barnard (NEE Kelly), 92 of Lutherville, passed at Stella Maris following a long illness. Cherished wife of the late Frederick R. Barnard, devoted mother of Robert E. Barnard and his wife Diane and the late Mary Elizabeth Bowersock and her surviving husband Stephen, beloved grandmother of Kelly Rapoza and her husband Mathew and Stephanie Bowersock, loving great-grandmother of Brody and Porter Rapoza and Adelaide Bowersock, loving sister of Kerry J. Kelly and his wife Nanette of North Myrtle, SC. Dorothy was predeceased by her siblings Mary Eileen (Kelly) Jefferson, Katherine J. Kelly, James E. Kelly, Jr., D. Patrick Kelly and Michael D. Kelly and her nephew James E. Kelly, III. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving family members.

A Funeral Mass and burial will be held at The Shrine of SS Peter & Paul, 125 Fayette St., Cumberland, MD 21502 at a later date.
