Elizabeth Ann (nee Billingsley) Beggs passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022.  Elizabeth retired from the state of Maryland as Executive Director of the Real Estate Commission after 16 years of service.  Devoted mother of Stacey M. Felder and the late William C. Beggs; sister of Carol Baldwin; grandmother of Tristan Felder, Caitlin Felder and Kharynton Beggs.
