On November 27, 2023 at 1:20 PM Holger Foerster peacefully passed surrounded by loved ones. Holger (Jack) was born in Hamburg, Germany, served in the German Navy before coming to the USA in 1965. Jack was a semi pro boxer and an avid sports fan, especially football, soccer, hockey and golf.

Jack is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Dorothea (nee Koenig), his daughter Diana Bowers (Mark, Sr.); 3 stepchildren Michele Wehrenberg Pence,  Kirstin Rutkowski and Steven Wehrenberg ; 4 grandchildren, Mark Bowers, Jr., Austin Pence, Kristy Oliphant, Nicholas Mather and 5 great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be private.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Maryland Masonic Homes, Hunt Valley, Maryland https://mdmasonichomes.com/
