On Monday, March 29, 2021, Inez (nee VanDyne) Rouch, of Towson, Maryland and formerly of Parsons, Kansas passed away. She was 102 years old. Inez was the beloved wife of the late Edward Herbert Rouch for 70 years before his passing in 2010; devoted mother of Linda Chappell of Wichita, Kansas, Larry Rouch of Seattle, Washington, Sally Barich of Washington, D.C. and Scott Rouch of Towson, Maryland; proud grandmother of four and great grandmother of five. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nelson E. and Josephine (nee Burr) VanDyne and her siblings, Howard N. VanDyne, Alfred L. VanDyne, Doris E. VanDyne Purdy and Josephine Lauer Black.
