Jacqueline Angelina Curran (née Curreri), age 80, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland. Born on May 3, 1945, in the same city she proudly called home her entire life, Jackie brought joy and laughter to everyone around her with her sharp wit, fearless spirit, and unmistakable charm.

Jackie was the beloved wife of James Curran, with whom she shared 57 years of love, partnership, and devotion. She was a cherished mother to her daughters, Renee Hunter and Debra Moy, and a loving mother-in-law to Eric Hunter and Josh Moy. Her most treasured role was that of "Gigi," which brought her immense pride and happiness. She adored her granddaughters, Gabrielle Hunter, Hailee Bonaventura, and Madison Miller, beyond measure.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carmelo and Rose Curreri, as well as her brothers Andrew Curreri, Salvatore Curreri, and Carmel Curreri, whose memories she carried close to her heart throughout her life.

Jackie had a flair for the bold and the unique. She loved her jewelry—each piece as vibrant as her personality—and had an unmistakable fondness for roosters. Her kitchen was adorned with them in every form imaginable, turning it into a warm, whimsical space that perfectly reflected her playful spirit.

Those who knew Jackie will remember her as feisty, funny, and unapologetically herself. She had a rare gift for speaking her mind with humor and heart. Whether sharing stories at family gatherings or offering wisdom laced with wit, Jackie left an indelible mark on everyone she met.

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Wednesday February 11 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM where a Memorial Service will be held on Thursday February 12 beginning at 11:00 AM.
