James John Phillips of Cockeysville, Maryland, passed away on Thursday October 6, 2022 at the age of 59. He was a devoted son to Bessie Phillips; beloved brother to Peter Phillips, Mary Phillips Rupinski and her husband Doug, Thomas Phillips, Victoria Phillips, and Christine Phillips. He is also survived by two nieces, a nephew, and loving extended family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 10:30am. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 2504 Cub Hill Road, Parkville, MD 21234.
