James Emmett Rust, Sr. of Timonium, Maryland passed away on Sunday June 11, 2023, at the age of 97.  He was an engineer for Westinghouse for over 39 years.  In his spare time, he enjoyed reading and studying genealogy.  Beloved husband of Josephine Patricia (nee Scilipoti) Rust of 75 years; loving father of James Emmett Rust, Jr. and Timothy Garett Rust and his wife Elaine.  Also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.
