Jane Elizabeth (nee Stouffer) Roberts passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 12, 2022. Jane was born on March 28, 1933 in Baltimore, Maryland and was the only child of Robert and Helen Stouffer. She was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence H. Roberts, Jr.; devoted mother of Barbara (nee Badolato) Anton and her husband Jerry, Susan (nee Badolato) Goss, Robert Badolato and his wife Amy, John Badolato and his wife Laurie and of her step-son, Lonnie Roberts and his wife Virginia; proud grandmother of Michael and his fiancée Amanda, Matthew and his wife Sara, Kevin and his wife Jalen, Emily, Kyle and his fiancée Erica, Carissa, Catena, Angelo, Willow and Aidan; cherished great grandmother of Paxton, Violet, Lucy, Kasen, Cameron, Cayleigh and Ava. She was preceded in death by her great grandson Nicholas C. Anton.

Jane graduated from Eastern High School, class of 1951. She met her first husband and the father of her four children, Joseph Badolato in the local community marching band. Jane had several careers, including work for the State of Maryland, the Whiting-Turner Construction Company, Maryland Specialty Wire and Baltimore County Public Schools Transportation Department, retiring at the age of 80 after more than 40 years of faithful service as a school bus driver. She was also a bus driver for several summers with Cerebral Palsy of Maryland and assisted as an aide for the children at the summer camp. Jane enjoyed her time spent with family and friends and adored her show dog Alex.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (historical church), 315 N. Constitution Avenue, New Freedom, Pennsylvania 17349 on Friday, July 8 beginning at 11 AM.
