Janice Garrott Heath of Lutherville, Maryland peacefully passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Douglas L. Heath who preceded her in death in October 2006; devoted mother of Christopher A. Moore; loving sister of Ruth Hermann.
