Jennie Mae (nee Blades) Eder, age 92, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 20, 2025. She resided with her daughter in Nottingham, Maryland but was formerly of Parkville, Maryland.

Jennie was the cherished wife of the late Charles "Bill" Eder for 66 years before his passing in 2018; devoted mother of Christina Eder and her husband Paul Chenowith and Terry Lee; proud grandmother of Eric Reynolds and his significant other Beth McNamee and Jennifer Schepers and her husband Chris; loving GiGi of Eva Reynolds, Catie Mae Reynolds, Lily Schepers and Connor Schepers. She also cherished a special relationship with her niece Nancy Ridgely and her husband Michael  as well as many other nieces and nephews and very close friends that she loved.

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Monday, December 1 from 11-12 PM with a Memorial Service officiated by Fr. Larry Johnson to begin at 12 Noon. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, please remember Jennie with memorial contributions to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-9959.
