Albert "Jim" James Donnelly, Jr,  age 71 unexpectedly passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023. He was the beloved son of the late Mary (nee Kavanagh) and Albert James Donnelly, Sr.; devoted husband of the late Margaret Donnelly who preceded him in death in 2011; loving father of Albert James Donnelly, III and his wife Alicia. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Caleighana, Brianna, and Shawn; siblings: Leo M. Donnelly, Mary Jo D. Horn, and Patrick A. Donnelly.

He graduated from Sparrows Point High School in 1969 and then completed an apprenticeship in Sheet Metal. He was a Sheet Metal Worker until his retirement. In addition to his family and friends, Jim will be remembered for his love of animals and his love for swimming at his parents' home in Edgemere.

Services and interment will be private.
