On Thursday, January 13, 2022, John Franklin Spoonhour, Jr. age 92 of Millsboro, Delaware.  Beloved husband of the late Nancy Joyce (nee Hasenei) Spoonhour of 52 years; devoted father of John W. Spoonhour and his wife Valerie of Stewartstown, Pennsylvania; Patricia R. Mazzamuto and her husband Rosario of Red Lion, Pennsylvania, Lois J. Knight and her husband Russ of Rehoboth, Delaware, and the late Christine E. Spoonhour of Millsboro, Delaware; brother of Suzanne Garrison of York, Pennsylvania.  Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the family-owned Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, MD 21093 on Wednesday, January 19 from 10-11 AM.  Interment to follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.  Please omit flowers.  Please remember John with memorial contributions to Samaritan's Purse International Relief .
