Joseph John Wagner of Cape Coral, FL and Baltimore, MD passed away peacefully on January 31st 2025.  He was 85 years old. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 39 years Patricia Francis Wagner.  He is survived by his devoted life partner of 19 years Patricia Wileman; his 3 loving daughters Kathleen Glanville and her husband Lee, Melanie Wagner and her life partner Michelle, Kimberly Webster and her husband Douglas, Jr. He was the proud grandfather of Douglas Webster, III.

Joseph had a generous spirit, inquisitive mind, and witty personality.  He loved to discuss politics and history with his grandson.  He instilled in his daughters a love of nature and animals, for which they will be forever grateful.  He also talked frequently about his love of food and especially enjoyed steamed crabs. His favorite place was his home in Florida where he enjoyed a view of the canal waters and much wildlife.
