Obituary

Kenneth Lambert Radecki 1934-2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ken, who, after bravely battling pancreatic cancer peacefully departed from this world at home, surrounded by family on August 6th.

Ken was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 22,1934 to Joseph Edward Radecki and Elizabeth (Lambert) Radecki. He served in the US Navy and is now reunited with his beloved wife Michele "Mikki" Berrigan who passed on December 6, 2021.

Beyond his professional pursuits as a 33-year long employee of IBM, Ken was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother. He is survived by his sister Susan Hertz, his children Brett Radecki, Linda Sue Hall, Marty (Jennifer) Towles, Thomas (Claudia) Towles, and 4 grandchildren.

Ken leaves behind a legacy of love, care, kindness, and cherished memories. He loved his home on the water in Baltimore. He enjoyed surveying the ships that came into the harbor and especially tracking those that docked at Domino Sugar. His Saturday plans usually included stops at the Fells Point Farmers Market to visit the local honey and hot sauce vendors. His fondness for creating culinary experiments throughout the years always brought his family joy.

Ken will be remembered for his dedication in the care of his wife, his wonderful sense of humor, and never-ending compassion.

May Ken's soul find eternal peace, and may his memory forever provide joy to those who remember him.

The family will have a private memorial service.
