Rowe, On Thursday, August 12, 2021, Linda Ann (nee Winstead) Rowe age 71 of Hunt Valley passed away. Beloved wife of the late William Henry Rowe. Loving mother of Kristin Fusco Rowe and her husband Kevin, Megan R. Dingus and her husband Daniel, Carrie R. Wise and her husband Eric and the late David S. Rowe. Amazing grandmother of Ryan, Scott, Matthew and Camden.

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Sunday, August 15, from 4 until 6 P.M., and on Monday, August 16, from 3 until 4 P.M., with a funeral service beginning at 4 P.M. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, please remember Linda with contributions to the Johns Hopkins Children's Center.
