On Tuesday, March 23, 2021, M. Jane Neumann (nee DeFontes) of Oak Crest Village passed away peacefully at the age of 100 years.  She was the beloved mother of David and Janice, mother-in-law of Deborah and Andrew, sister-in-law of Jean, and was predeceased by her beloved husband John.

Daughter of Frank and Alice DeFontes, Jane was born at home on the heels of the Spanish Influenza pandemic and survived infection during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the intervening 100 years of her life she traveled, loved gardening and reading, and owned her own greenhouse business.  Most importantly, her life was filled with the love of her family and friends.

For the past 20 years her life was enriched by making hand sewn quilts for charity.  In lieu of flowers, Jane can be remembered with a memorial contribution in her name to:
