Manuel Cenita Jimenez, Sr., M.D. of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Gloria Jean (nee Sherwood) Jimenez; devoted father of Manuel C. Jimenez, Jr. and his wife Abigail Leaf of Fresno, California, Scott A. Jimenez and his wife Andrea of Atlanta, Georgia, and Melanie J. Corvera and her husband Joseph of Lutherville, Maryland; brother of Jess C. Jimenez, Jr., M.D. of Maryland, Teresita Torres, M.D. of California, the late Nemesio Jimenez, the late Lourdes Morgia, the late Angelina Canoy, and the late Josefina Carrillo; grandfather of Gio, Jachelle, Jimboy Jimenez, Ashley, Ysabella Jimenez and their mother Soo Jo Jimenez, and Alexander and Elizabeth Corvera.

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Saturday, May 6 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church - Govans, 5502 York Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21212 on Sunday, May 7 beginning at 5 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, please remember Manuel with memorial contributions to the Greater Baltimore Medical Center.
