Maria Angela (nee Petro) Brennan, of Glen Arm, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026. She was 79 years old. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael William Brennan for 57 years before his passing in 2023; loving mother of Deborah Michele Tracey and Michael Patrick Brennan and his wife Marian; devoted grandmother of Alexis, Vincent and Hunter Tracey; dear sister of Carl Petro, the late Richard Petro and the late Eleanor Westra. She is also survived by her step grandsons, Matthew and Bryan Santos, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family members and numerous cherished lifelong friends.

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Thursday, May 14 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM where a Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 15 beginning at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please remember Maria with memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
