Mary "Bibi" Loretta (nee Haggerty) MacDougall peacefully passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022. The Timonium, Maryland resident was 84 years old. Mary was the former spouse of the late Glen MacDougall; devoted mother of Peter M. MacDougall and Andrew G. MacDougall; proud grandmother of Roddy MacDougall; cherished sister of Johnny, Alice, Maureen and the late Joan; and cherished former mother in law of Kate MacDougall. Mary was very close to her wonderful friends; Rex Fulghum and the late Bob Scheindlinger, who are among many other loving friends and family members.

She was born in Baltimore on May 14, 1938 to the late Mary (nee Whalen) and John Haggerty. She was a teacher at St. Rita's for 8 years and worked for Jack Anderson while working in the insurance industry. Jack was a dear friend and treated her with kindness and respect. Mary was most proud of her position with St. Vincent's Villa for Catholic Charities.
