Norma Rita Jewer, born on October 9, 1919, made her final life passage on Friday, December 30, 2022 at the age of 103.

Norma retired as an Accounting Clerk from Fort Holabird in Dundalk, Maryland in 1972.

She was the beloved wife of the late Roland Jewer; loving mother of Martin E. Salisbury, Jr. and the late Angela A. Ayres; grandmother of Andrew Salisbury and his wife Melanie, Melissa Wilkinson and her husband Robert, Pat Harrison and her husband Ronald, Kim Ayres and her late husband Ross Myers, Echo Schramm and her husband Scott, and Octavia Matzdorf and her husband Fred; great grandmother of Ian Tilton, Ciana Shaeffer, Sophia Shaeffer, Zhane Salisbury, and Ron Harrison, Jr. and his wife Crys; great great grandmother of Riley Harrison, Lacy Harrison, Remington Harrison and Olivia Shaeffer; sister of Anthony R. Mignini and his late wife Kathleen (nee Kavanagh) and Dolores Butler and her late husband Brice.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will mourn her loss.

A private graveside service will be held at Gardens of Faith Cemetery.  A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at the Oakcrest Retirement Community Chapel in Parkville, Maryland in early spring.
