On Friday morning, May 31, 2024 Patricia Ann (nee Earnshaw) Hull, Loving wife of the late James C. Hull and mother of three, passed away at age 84. She was born in Keedysville, Maryland to the late Russell Isaiah Earnshaw and Marguerite Elaine (nee Barrick) Earnshaw and lived most of her life in Maryland. She worked with the Baltimore City Police Department, Rittenhouse Company, the Bryn Awel Corporation, Mathers Companies, the Genstar Company, as a hairdresser, and was employed with the Zion Lutheran Church, Fort Myers, Florida with their childcare program. Pat was also a member of Calvery Lutheran Church in Baltimore. She served on the altar guild and sang with the church choir.
Pat was best known for her love of talking with people, selflessly helping others and always putting others first! She was a member of the local 4-H club and Horse Riding Club in Keedysville. She had horses throughout her life and enjoyed showing them in the local horse shows. She participated in the Maryland Jousting and Barrel Races with her horses.
She was also a member of the girls basketball and baseball teams while in school. She was very good at both sports! Pat played the accordion during many school and community events. She attended Boonesborough High School in Boonesborough and Western in Baltimore.
Pat was is survived by her devoted children, Patricia Lynn Thorn and her husband Tracy, Ken Kline and his wife Marion, and Russell Kline and his wife Eva; loving grandchildren, Brian Kline, Craig Kline, Crystal Kline, Craig Hayes, Chris Thorn, Ryan Thorn and Steven Thorn; and many extended Kline family members throughout the U.S.
A Memorial Service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1100 Philadelphia Road, Joppa, Maryland 21085 on Saturday, June 15 beginning at 12 Noon. A Celebration of her life gathering will be held immediately following the service at the Essex Sky Park. In lieu of flowers, please remember Patricia with memorial contributions to the Breast Cancer charity of your choice.
