Patricia Ann Overbay of Havre de Grace, Maryland passed away on Thursday August 4, 2022, at the age of 71.  Loving companion of Charles "Eddie" Jones; devoted mother of Michael A. Shaffer of Berryville, Arkansas and Courtney Ann Cole and her husband Ryan M. Cole of Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland; sister of Debra Knight, Barbara Fuller, Jerry Overbay, Dennis Overbay, and the late Eddie Overbay; grandmother of Trent Shaffer, Olivia Cole, and Jack Cole.

Services and interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, please remember Patricia with memorial contributions to the SPCA or the charity of your choice.
