Richard Stanley Roden of Cockeysville, Maryland peacefully passed away in his sleep on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at the age of 90. He is survived by his sister, Shirley; son, William; grandson, Ben; and great grandchildren, Myla and Xzaya. Richard was an honored Korean War Veteran and a well known and loved fixture in Cockeysville.

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Sunday, December 4 from 1-3 and 5-7 PM where a Funeral Service officiated by Rev. William Gies will be held on Monday, December 5 beginning at 10 AM. Interment with military honors will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
