Richard H. Rosario, Sr. of Rockville, Maryland peacefully passed away while surrounded by family on Thursday, January 16, 2025. He was 57 years old. The beloved husband of Marcie (nee Shulman) Rosario for 30 years; proud father of Caroline Rosario and Rich Rosario, Jr.; adored son of Anne Rosario and the late Henry Rosario; brother of Lynne Gillis and her husband Robert.

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Rd., Timonium, MD 21093 on Sunday, January 19 from 12-1:30 PM with a funeral service to begin at 1:30 PM.
