On September 6, 2021 Robert Anderson Brown, beloved husband of Susan Pearce Brown, passed away.  Bob was born in Baltimore, Maryland.  His parents were Esther Murphy Brown and Horace Bassett Brown.

A graduate of Gilman School, he received a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan and a M.Ed. from Coppin State University.  He also studied for 1 1/2 years at University of Hawaii Manoa.  He taught special education and spent most of his teaching career at Hereford High.

He will be greatly missed by his daughter Haley (Shawn) Mahonski and his son Travis (Nicole) Brown. Pop Pop will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Alison, Delaney, Caitlin, Sawyer and Finley.

In retirement he loved to travel, especially to Key West, the southwest and Hawaii.  He enjoyed watching-sports, reading, listening to music, and especially spending time with his family.

Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Trinity Episcopal Church, 120 Allegheny Ave., Towson, MD 21204.
