Robert "Bob" Leroy Casper of Cockeysville, Maryland passed away on Saturday February 18, 2023, at the age of 76.  Loving son of the late George and Sue Casper; beloved husband of Ruth (nee Schmidt) Casper; devoted father of Tammy Tolley and her husband Rick, and Mandy Reuter and her husband Keith; stepfather of Jenny and Christina Gosnell; grandfather of Danny Hopkins, Ashley, Kayleigh and Jessica Tolley, Destany Troyer and her husband Seth, Haven and Brystol Reuter, Paige Gosnell and the late Layten Casper Reuter; great grandfather of Reed Troyer, and one on the way; brother of the late Billy and Gene Casper. Bob was an uncle and friend to many.

He truly spread the message of love and fellowship to countless people over the years including 38 years in the recovery world.  Thanks to all who knew and loved him!

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Saturday February 25 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM where a Funeral Service will be held beginning at 12:00 PM.  Interment with Military Honors to follow at Bosley United Methodist Church Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, please remember Bob with memorial contributions to Defenders of Animal Rights of Baltimore County .
