On August 19, 2023, Robert Theodore Nuckolls, 90 of Baltimore. Ted is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years and fellow ICCFA member, Lillian (nee Mosley), CCE, cherished children Robert Lance and his wife Saskia, Mark and his wife Kathy, Ashley and Andrew and his wife Lauragrace, and loving grandchildren Jason, Austin, Alexandria, Jessica, Adam and Isabelle.

Ted was a member of the Baltimore Country Club, Brown Memorial Woodbrook Presbyterian Church and was an ICCFA Past President and Hall of Fame Inductee. Ted's life was marked by decades of service to the deathcare profession. He was the past president and former executive president of the Loudon Park Cemetery Co., in Baltimore, Maryland. He served on numerous committees and was a member of the ICCFA Board of Directors when it was known as the National Association of Cemeteries. His more than 40 years of association work reached its pinnacle with his term as ICCFA president in 1977-78. Additionally, he held the position of chairman of the ICCFA Ethics and Inquiry Committee from 1998-2006.

Ted received the American Institute of Commemorative Art Medallion Award in 1978 in recognition of his work to foster a closer working relationship between cemeteries and monument dealers. He held the designation of Certified Cemetery Executive, awarded to individuals who have demonstrated a high degree of competence and a high level of cemetery experience and skills. His service to the ICCFA and to the countless families he served led to his induction into the ICCFA Hall of Fame in 2008.
