Roqueta Ann Wright, 88, passed away on November 22, 2025.

Born March 24, 1937, in New London, Connecticut, she was the daughter of the late Donald Deocales and Crispina Anna (Jose) Liston. She was the beloved wife of the late Alphonso Wright whom she married September 25, 1978 in Cape Coral, Florida where she resided for 42 years. Ronnie moved to Maryland in 2021 to be closer to her children.

Ronnie was an avid reader and mostly enjoyed mystery books. She was a meticulous gardener and loved flowers, favoring yellow roses. She was a fabulous and creative cook and enjoyed baking for her family. She loved animals, especially her dog, Minnie. She will be dearly missed by her family.

Surviving Ronnie are her two children, Robert H. Johnson, Jr. and his wife Sandy of Baltimore County and Felicia A. Budd and her husband Jim of Baltimore County; 4 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Lauren, Crystal and Heather; 3 great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Sydney and Peyton and several extended family members located in Florida.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers please donate in Ronnie's name to The American Cancer Society .
