Russell Anthony Culotta, Sr., age 90 of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025. Survived by his beloved and devoted wife of 65 years, Ruth Culotta. Devoted father of Russell Culotta, Jr. & daughter in-law Irena Culotta, loving grandfather of several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, loving brother of Frank, Mary Lee and Delores. Also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.

Russell was Born in Sicily Italy and retired after 45 years of government service. He loved helping his friends and neighbors and especially loved taking care of his 2 dogs and all of his grand dogs. Russell was an Army veteran of the Korean War, where he served primarily as a dog trainer.

His kindness and knowledge will be missed by family and friends.
