Stephen Richard Becker, age 59, unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, as the result of an automobile accident. Stephen is survived by his beloved Jill, daughter Lauren, son Patrick, mother Patricia and brothers Mark, Michael, and David who all love and miss him very much.  He was preceded in death by his father Richard and grandparents John and Carlyn O'Neill.

Stephen grew up in and lived in Baltimore/Harford County.  Devoting most of his time to family, he was always willing to help with whatever was needed from plumbing, electrical, automotive, to financial and tax needs.  He enjoyed woodworking, the outdoors, cars and being with his family. The Baltimore Ravens was his favorite sports team.

His accomplishments include, but are not limited to, Graduate of University of Baltimore – Honors Cum Laude – CPA, Treasurer of Boy Scouts of America Troop 328, Treasurer of Springlake Swim Club, and Treasurer at Redeemer Classical Christian School.  Stephen was the Chief Financial Officer at PEI Engineering & Construction.

Stephen was known for his good sense of humor and being a bit of a prankster.  His loving, gentle, and jovial personality will surely be missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Tuesday, June 6 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Service will be held in the Peaceful Alternatives Chapel on Wednesday, June 7 beginning at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
